TSP return policy
TSP return policy I figured I would see if any of you guys knew. here's my deal I bought a set of coated pacesetters from them in may and in june the blew a weld out where the number 3 primary meets the flange. well i have my motor out to put in a MS4 so I thought now would be a good time to get the headers warrantied. but I've sent PM and emails to all there contacts it's been about 2 weeks now no answer(I checke the read reciept and they have all been opened) so I sent another one to jason today.The phone is usually always busy. I just read about another members experince with them on this kind of matter in another thread post #8

I decide to try one more time before I decide to patch them somehow my self so that I can get the car back on the road this summer.
Has anybody ever sent anything back to TSP for replacement? if so how did it work out. In the past I been very happy with them. this is the first real snag I've ran into with them

Hey man, shoot me a PM with your name and I'll look up your order. The weld failure would be a problem for Pacesetter to warranty. They are always really good about getting a replacement header out ASAP! I don't think you will have a problem getting it warrantied as long as they aren't too old. If you can't get through, PM me your name and number and I'll call you and we'll get you fixed up!

I just wanted to add within 10 minutes of me sending jon my information he called me and discuss the problem and said he would get a new header from pacesetter on it's way and get a call tag from them so that it wouldn't cost me to send the my old header back. I understand TSP can be a little hard to get ahold of sometimes but the care they take to your problem is worth it. and why I will continue to buy products with out worry from them
