Default Fuddle Converter shipping time

When any of you ordered a fuddle converter, how long did it take to get it in the mail? I ordered it on the 12th and the website said it will take 3-5 days to build then it would ship out (if I remember correctly). I still havent recieved any confirmation e-mail from fuddle saying the order was recieved or anything. Is this normal?? Please let me know. I am dying not having my 'camaro running.

I ordered on the 14th.......and still no word on whether or not my converter has been shipped..........I PM'd John this message;

"I ordered one of your converters on 7/14 via your website and paid thru paypal. I haven't received any confirmation email or anything of the sorts and was wondering if you had received the order and payment."

He replied;

"Anything from then would have shipped. I will get you a tracking number. It seems people have not been getting them from FedEx lately. I have heard that a lot has gone to junk mail, if you could check there."

I haven't received any emails from FedEx, or any tracking #'s from John as of yet. John did reply to my PM in a timely manner, send him one and see what's up.

Man I have seen alot of this on here. All I can say is it took about 2 1/2 weeks from the time I talked to John until it showed up. When you do get it I think you will be happy with the product if your not feeling too burned from the experience.

As long as I eventually get it I'll be happy. My car isn't down, so I'm not in a hurry. I have the patience to wait a couple weeks as long as it's all worth while.

I have been using Fedex for a long time and they are very timely. I call BS. Just charge back on Paypal. Ground usually gets there in 4 days. Maybe a couple more but not longer unless International. Lost package rates with Fedex are low but it does happen sometimes.

I called Fuddle, told John what my plans for the car were, he recommended a new type of converter that he was finishing up. I ordered it. He said two weeks, it came in 1.5 weeks. I was very happy. They dont answer the phone all the time, but that is because they are busy, so i kept trying. I can understand how it feels to make an expensive purchase and then feel burned when no one accepts you call, but keep trying they will resolve any issues you have.

I was very happy with the quality of my Fuddle. The wait was about 20 days. Not bad for a custom made converter. Communications were always clear and helpful.

I waited about two weeks from the time I talked to John/paid, to when I recieved my converter. I would get mad also when I would call and no answer, but just keep trying is the only advice and can give. Send him a PM also.

Took a week and a half to get mine. Hell it took two weeks before someone at Yank answered my email.

John is a great guy and I'm sure there's a good reason why some of you are having difficulty getting a response. It goes without saying it is
frustrating. I must have emailed him a half dozen times before finally placing an order and he always returned my emails and answered my questions.
I think it took about 2 weeks when I got mine last fall. WELL worth the wait.
If you want something in a hurry you could always buy a Vigilante for $700 but the Fuddle is every bit as good for alot less money.
good luck

I'm not in a hurry, I just want a tracking # so my $400 converter doesn't sit at my door step all day while I'm at work. I think they may have over-loaded themselves with the last sale <by the sound of things on the board> and are playing catch up. From what I hear I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
