Anyone talked to Fuddle lately? Hi everyone,
I'm just curious if anyone has spoken to John or his wife within the past week. I've tried calling twice, but no one answered. He sent me an email a few weeks ago apologizing for the delay in reccomendations of a converter, and said that he had been in the hospital. Does anyone know if he is ok? I'm just curious and a little concerned I guess.
Oh well, any answers would be great!

UPDATE: Spoke to Carissa today, got my tracking number, and was informed that due to the delay they were overnighting it to me. It'll be here tomorrow hopefully 
On my end, the issue is resolved. Lets hope the converter is everything its been built up to be by other happy customers!

Just called the number on Fuddle's website. Spoke to her for about 5 minutes. She said she got something about my converter and would call AND email me back with a tracking number (She did both, too). She even was polite and left a message on my cell (I was walking my dog and left my phone inside). I called at around 2pm.

I hope the tc looks better than these pic's!LOL....Sorry to say but I really can't voice an opinion by these pic's. You need a better camera. How long did it take to get your tc?
its been 22 days since i ordered my converter.
i tried to connact them to cancel my order, but they have never responded to my phone messages or emails, or dispute on paypal, so i filled a claim with paypal to recieve a refund (no converter yet)
i am asking for my money back from them as i ordered another converter through a different company.
paypal is giving them till september 3rd to respond, which they havent yet.

They're getting everything straightened out now - I ordered 2 and recieved them in less then a week...
I believe there are many still waiting for a response of any sort and may feel since you are a sponsor it may be a biased resoulution.

From what you've said then everyone who is waiting should contact Fuddle again with all their order info or the builder of the converters? Did you order through Fuddle with additonal information that may have helped get yours shipped to you so soon?
If it is the latter of contacting the builder of the converters
and they are paid for by Fuddle then it would be nice to know that for members. Those that have kept track can show proof they paid and have recieved nothing so far.
Any information to help out those that have been waiting for quite awhile would be helpful, shoot me a PM with contact information if you are more comfortable with that.
Not getting anyone's hopes up but hoping to find if there is a way to get this straightened out.

Not going to jump to conclusions, so I'm editing to be fair to Fuddle since this seems to be more common than was made out to be. If it happens a LOT I'll repost the original message, but until then I'll be a satisfied customer since it seems to be the norm (stalling in reverse sometimes, also untuned atm).
