Default need help with Jantzer performance

This is for Scott Jantzer:

Scott,

I'm not sure if your computer or email is not working but I would like a email regarding the TB I purchased from you almost a month ago. You otld me once you recieved payment that you would ship it in Three days. 3/31/03.

I have not recieved a email or A call from you in over 2 weeks. to be exact, 4/03/03

I sent you 300$, you have it. 150$ for the TB and porting, 150$ as a core.

Whats the deal? Does anyone know Scott, is he ok? I would like a answer. Calling you does no good because you don't return the calls. Having another person who is highly respected email you has done no good.

Please someone help..

Same exact thing happened to me. He said there would be a 2 day turn around. I sent him the $300 paypal, it took me a month and a half to FINALLY get the throttle body. That was after he ignored my emails, never responded to them, then made some excuses, etc... The next task was getting the core charge back. It took me 3 and half months to get the freaking $150 core charge back. 3 and a half months! He never once responded, so I got a moderator involved, and supposedly I was going to get the money back. Weeks, and weeks went by nothing... It had already been a few months, Scott Jantzer never responded to emails, etc... I was starting to get a little worried I wasn't going to get my cash back. He then stopped replying to the mod and me all together, we are talking tons of email to Jantzer, and nothing.... Then I finally made up another email name, emailed him and said "Hey I'm interested in a throttle body, what do I do to get one" It wasn't 30 minutes after I sent the email, He replied to it, saying a 2 day turn around, blah, blah. I was shocked, told the moderator what was happening fowarded the emails, and he was in shock too. I finally, and I repeat FINALLY after almost 4 MONTHS got my money back. I was told that he was NOT going to be a sponsor anymore, because he's been screwing everyone over like this. This has happened way too many times, I'm truly dissappointed that the board owners/moderators are too greedy to let 1 of 60 sponsors go. I knew this would happen again if it was not taken care of, and hopefully the owners/mods wake up,and it won't happen again. Come on Scott Jantzer here is your opportunity to step up and tell it how it is, what is going on with all of this? If this gets locked or deleted, it better get taken care of.

The worse part about this, I bought from him because he was a sponsor. I believe in supporting the sponsors who support the boards I enjoy.

At this point I'd like to get all my money back..

WTF? he should atleast let everyone know whats going on. I mean if it isnt gonna take 3 days to ship the thing, well fine just tell us. But I dont think its right for a sponsor of this forum to act like that towards their customers.

Mods? Admins?? Can you take care of this?

something needs to be done escpially if he ignores emails, but replies if you need a TB <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />

I'm surprised they are still up there as a sponser.

Hey Moose have you e-mailed PSJ about this? He always seems to stand behind the members when there is some sort of buyer/seller dispute. Perhaps he has some clout over at Jantzer. Good luck, let us know how it turns out.

Admins, Mods should contact the sponsor and address this w/them. Otherwise, they should be removed from the sponsor list. Just to let everyone know, Pro Stock John has been trying to help me for the past week and half. I was trying to avoid posting anything because I hate throwing anyone under a bus. Like I said it took me a 1 1/2 months to actually get the TB(he said he had a core for my car, and it would be a 2 day turn around), and 3 1/2 months to get the $150 back. I don't think Jantzer has a real "shop", I think its more based in his garage at his house. PSJ helped me get my $$$ back, but he seemed to have no real effect on the time frame that Jantzer sent it. He was even ignoring HIM. I was in the same boat you were until someone told me, like I'm telling you, that PSJ helped them get their money back from Scott. You'll eventually get it back, I just can't believe how shady this guy is. I almost went and paid him a visit to get my money. Good luck on getting your $$$, I feel your pain. I remember there being numerous threads about Jantzer and his ways, only one I could find real quick was the one below.
It's all a bunch of <img border="0" alt="[bullshit]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_bs.gif" /> if you ask me.

just got home from work to find 300$ refunded back to me. He emailed me and apolgized. I want to thank Scott for refunding my money. Hopefully everything can work out shortly..

I'm glad I just read this, I was seconds away from paypaling him my money, I figured if he was a sponsor everything would be ok, why is he a sponsor if this has happened more than once?

I wish I had looked here before deciding to purchase some LS6 heads from him. I figured since he was a sponsor that I would have no issues...WRONG. I'm wondering if I will ever get the heads I paid $850 for. I filed a dispute with Paypal on the transaction today.
