need help with Jantzer performance

I'm not sure if your computer or email is not working but I would like a email regarding the TB I purchased from you almost a month ago. You otld me once you recieved payment that you would ship it in Three days. 3/31/03.
I have not recieved a email or A call from you in over 2 weeks. to be exact, 4/03/03
I sent you 300$, you have it. 150$ for the TB and porting, 150$ as a core.
Whats the deal? Does anyone know Scott, is he ok? I would like a answer. Calling you does no good because you don't return the calls. Having another person who is highly respected email you has done no good.
Please someone help..

The worse part about this, I bought from him because he was a sponsor. I believe in supporting the sponsors who support the boards I enjoy.
At this point I'd like to get all my money back..

Hey Moose have you e-mailed PSJ about this? He always seems to stand behind the members when there is some sort of buyer/seller dispute. Perhaps he has some clout over at Jantzer. Good luck, let us know how it turns out.

Admins, Mods should contact the sponsor and address this w/them. Otherwise, they should be removed from the sponsor list. just got home from work to find 300$ refunded back to me. He emailed me and apolgized. I want to thank Scott for refunding my money. Hopefully everything can work out shortly..
