I have called many times asking why I havent gotten a refund for the v-band clamps I sent back because it took so long to get them I had to buy them somewhere else. I returned the clamps 2 weeks ago.

Please refund my credit card.

I cannot speak for FI but most credit cards can take up to 30 days for it to appear as a chargeback. It goes by your billing cycle.

Example: You returned them the item '2 weeks ago' with a mailing/shipping holiday in the middle of that so they may have just received them.
Once they file the interal paperwork (they will have to match up your inital order invoice to the return, say 1 more day) then they file a "chargeback" on Wednesday or Thursday this week.
Your credit card company then takes up to 7 days to process it internally.
Your billing date is the 21st of every month so with all that, it may not show until December 21st.

Instead of calling daily, email them once a week and ask which day they applied the chargeback. You can then call your credit card company to see if they have posted it to your account yet and at least look out for it.

Adam your CC was refunded on 11/10 the products arrived back here on 11/8. As said below CC's take time since we use a Gateway system that deals direct with the CC companies, as we don't. It always takes a bit, but it always goes through.
