I got the little bag of goodies to install my intake a few weeks ago. I've never had a company follow through like this and correct a mistake.

Do I wish they had done it right the first time? yes
Is this the first or last time I will have an issue with something I purchased? heck no
Could Jim have done anything to be more helpful in resolving the issue? no
