Thunder Racing I Have my fill with this place I order my vavle spring tool from this place and first of all it was out of stock , witch was no big deal , but when the called me back and said it was out of stock right away i thought great , i will just order it from someone else . So i was on summit sight ordering this tool and then got a phone call for thunder saying they are drop shipping me one on the 28 th and promised it would be there. Sweet so i canceled the order with summit and on wendsday i tore down my dd and started the cam swap and got all done with that and called it a night waitng for my tool the next day . We'll the next day waiting on the spring tool i thought i would check the tracking and the sent the damn thing to some one in different state. So know i was forced to go get the shoe looking tool from a no name auto parts store . Know i am scared i am gonna **** something up with this tool all because of a stupid mistake. I will never order anything from that place again .
Wrong place for this thread but while it's here let just say that Thunder is a great sponsor. They will live without your business. You were dumb enough to tear down your dd without having everything in place so that's your own fault. UPS could have made a mistake just as easily and you'd still be screwed. Ask me how I know.
Thunder Racing is nothing but the best, I can believe a mistake happens every now and then but Thunder is one of the only places I trust we it comes to performance and informed people.

yea this thread isnt goin to last long here, but yea everyone makes mistakes, there a great company but there human too, give them a little slack... And honestly you could just wait a few days for the tool, I mean everything isnt always candy and rainbows, in the real world **** happens and gotta deal with it

I know your are pissed, but as stated above, never start a project without confirming you have all the right parts and tools. Murphys law kick ya in the donger every time.
99% of the time when I order stuff from Thunder Racing (and I order a ton of stuff) it's on my door step the next evening.

so next time you start something make sure you got all the tools, ON HAND. this could be the fault of the shipping company. have you called Thunder Racing and asked about this????? maybe u should before you or anybody for that matter decide to trash sponsors or peeps cause the shipment is not on time.

Have you called them to discuss before you come to the wrong forum and bash one of the best sponsors here? They will most certainly work with you if you give them the chance. Heck...I'll bet they will still work with you even after they see this. Why?? Because they are professionals.

If you would post a real name or an order number I would be more than happy to find out what happened. I cant track anything with your screen name.
We solved this one pretty quick, and we usually do when this happens. The tool will be delivered next day to the customer.
