Post Iforged is no good

i ordered my wheels the first week of February and still don't have them. they keep extending when they are going to be shipped because they say a centercap (today it was 2 centercaps) come back from the finishers messed up so they have to send them back. they never answer their phones and they also said that they don't make a lot of 18's which is a lie. i just want my wheels

Would you rather have half assed rims or ones you anticipated?
It just seems that custom orders always take 3-4 months at least so you do get what you pay for and it sounds like they have been keeping you infomed so far.

no thats only the second time they've returned our phone call and they said that they only take 5-7 weeks and its been 12. i'm just trying to warn people that if they want iforged they need to be prepared to wait and their customer service is horrible. i ordered them through mizfit and mizfit has been nothing but helpful and its gotten so bad with iforged that mizfit said if they aren't shipped this week that they aren't doing business with them anymore, they're going to refund my money, and we are calling the better business bureau.

iforged is a very large company that has to wait for all orders to be built. The actual complaint would be with Mizfit since they are sponsors handling the order. Next post should be either money refunded or you have your rims.

how should the actual complaint be with mizfit? they aren't the ones lying and never answering their phones. this section of the forums is for members to complain and hope to get something done that they've paid good money for or to give a thumbs up to the companies that actually work for the customer not for you to argue with a complaint. btw they never returned either of the phone calls mizfit and i left with them and we've already tried calling them again today. guess what no answer.

If you ordered the wheels through Mizfit you technically shouldn't even be calling iForged. You're not the one doing business with them, Mizfit is.

i've only called iforged twice last week and then never returned either phone call. mizfit called them today and they said the wheels shipped today but they couldn't give us a traking number yet which leads me to believe they are lying again, the wheels haven't shipped, and they are just trying to blow us off.

and you are about to get banned. Mizfit should be contacting iForged for you. Ask for a refund or quit bitching.
