What is up w/ LMP?

What is up w/ LMP? I ordered a wheel from them 18th of July @ 10ish PM but I'm still waiting for them to process my order? I emailed them about my order but didn't get any response. I do know about their week long vacation on 20th through 29th July. I have no problem w/ that but what I'm questioning is why my order isn't processed yet and it is already Wednesday, 1 of Aug. I've ordered my previous set of wheels from them and didn't have any problem from them before. I just wanted to know what's going on and hopefully they'll see this post because I feel like I'm out of the loop.

I have ordered a 18" C5 Z06 chrome wheel w/ 53 mm offset. Order number is 198207 zip code 72076. Thanks Amy.

When you placed the order these were on back order for 3-4 weeks you may have missed it in the email
We get these from a manufacturer who gets them from CHINA and they ALWAYS tell us 3-4 weeks. We have been having supply problems with them for months now and have decided that if carrying these parts will hurt our reputation that we will no longer sell them. We can not sell what we can not get sorry if this caused you any trouble. Also we never charged you on this order. Let us know if you want to wait on this order order cancel it. Again sorry for the problems with this order.
