this all began with texas speed. i ordered a porter ls6 oil pump from them. paid with my card etc. they told me it would ship the next day. 1 1/2 weeks later after never recieving the oil pump i called them. they then told mewe are out of stock of the oil pumps we will get them in on wednesday and ship it out. i then told them i wanted to cancle my order and they said they would refund my credit card. this was roughly 1 1/2 weeks ago when they said they would refund it.paid for the oil pump on 9/4. still no refund to my account.
Then i proceed to call

SPEED INC
They said no problem we will ship it out today. 4 days later i called them where my pump because i live 1 hr from shop and it shouldnt take 4 days to get to me.
well they told me we are out of stock and waiting for shipment.
i then talk to the guy over the phone who tells me yes we will have one in tommorow. i said fine i will come pick it up myself. call them the next day. yes we wont have any in for another day or two.
i said nvm cancle the order. paid for the pump at speed inc on 9/12
today is the 24th.. Wheres my money????
to even get my car going this was the last item i needed.
i had to leave my car in garage for an extra week or so because of this.
Thanks to powerhouse performance in chicago i got a pump from them next day.

Thanks to all of this i cannot get my car tuned due to funds. Great huh???

No name? However I can only assume you are Christopher from Indiana? Who ordered a Melling oil pump?

You were refunded 9/18, this process doesn't happen automatically, check with your bank. Funds should have been back in days ago.

FWIW I did have a Melling 10295 oil pump in stock which didn't intrest you? Day after you cancelled your order 15 melling pumps arrived.

well as far as i can see there is no money back yet i will check with the bank tommorow. when i talked with the saleman at speed inc i informed him of what texas speed did and that i needed the oil pump within 2 days and he said no problem called 2 days later........"Yea i thought we had the pump in stock we should have one here tommorow." tommorow came...no pump..cancled order

Fed Ex took 3 days to ship the oil pumps instead of 2 days that it should have been from Tennessee.

Sorry we didn't meet your expectations, i'm sure we can make it up to you Christopher if you get in touch with me sometime; you said your only an hour away and we do dyno tuning.

sorry that we had some issues, but it was due to us expecting a delivery which was late

please email me when you are ready and we can work with you on tuning to make it up as Fraser had mentioned

Your refund has already been processed. You should have a credit invoice in the mail any day now. It takes a couple days for refunds to post back into a customer's accounts. PM me the phone number on the back of your c.c. and I'll make sure there isn't a problem.

never got an email back form speed inc. i did recieve my money back from them though.

Texas Speed.-still havent recieved money from them. went to my bank today and got a print out. how is it that i cancled my order through you guys several days before speed inc and i got my money back from them first???

I never recieved a PM from you with the phone number on the back of the c.c.. The refund was done the day after you cancelled the order. If you would like a transaction I.D. on the credit please let me know. There is a credit invoice as well that has been sent to you. If you can get me that phone number, I would be more than happy to call and make sure there isn't something wrong with the transaction.
