Speed Inc Troubles
Speed Inc Troubles I ordered a set of brake rotors from them awhile ago. They said they would be here at a time, but they arrived a week late when I needed them before that.
A week and a half later they accidently send me another set of rotors which they didn't charge me for. I e-mail them about it, they promptly charge the credit card and want me to figure out how to get them back with my busy schedule.
They did do a nice job sending a UPS man to pick them up. But I had to stay home to meet the UPS guy, and Speed Inc still hasn't credited the credit card.
I guess I'm just unlucky or something, but that the last time I order from them

Re: Speed Inc Troubles I hear ya man, I had some problems with Speed Inc. as well. They (Speed Inc.) are like a god on this site so I'm sure your not going to get any support here.
Long story short......After April screwed my order up(on the product and on the shipping)Tom just lied to cover it up and made me promise's of "taking care of me on my NEXT order" ...yeah right like I'm ever going to order from them again...my advice shop at Thunder next time...I know I will !!

Re: Speed Inc Troubles I would call on monday,be civil even though your pissed.Mention this thread and ask them to credit your card by the end of business on wednesday.If not done by then contact cc company and explain what happened.Keep us posted

Re: Speed Inc Troubles I would call them up, I'm sure they will take care of you no matter what, they are not there to screw you over, I've done plenty of business with them and they have always taken care of me, thats why I tell all my friends to go there, and they tell all their friends, they are by far the best around the midwest...

UPS picked em up on Friday the 6th. So two weeks ago

Re: Speed Inc Troubles The credit was done the day after the rotors came in. It takes 24-48 hours for that to go thru.
