Speed Inc
I looked all over for affordable rails for my Chevy II 5.3 conversion. Speed Inc had great feedback, and I liked being able to choose a color for my rails. I PM'd John to ask a few question which were answered very promptly. I decided to pull the trigger on a set of high flow rails on Sunday night. Wednesday morning, guess what is sitting on my doorstep..Yep, a bright shiny set of fuel rails! I open up the box and to my surprise, I have 3 mounts that are the same, and 1 that is different
Just my luck! I pick up the phone and dial up Speed Inc. This is Wednesday Nov 21st, the day before Thanksgiving, and WOW, they actually have a live person answering the phone! I explain to the gent on the other end what I am looking at, and he proceeds to take down my info to have "their supplier" call me. I was like great, I just got pawned off! So, the weekend rolls by, and I am getting pissed, no call yet. I wake up Monday morning to the phone ringing bright and early (I work night shift). Low and behold, Chris is on the line asking about my problem with my rails. I explain the situation, and all I hear is "I am so sorry, I must have packed the wrong mount (LS2 style). What? you mean to tell me you are actually taking responsibility for a mistake? Wow, I was just amazed. Chris took down my info, and promised me new mounts ASAP. Before I hung up the phone, Chris was sure to ask me what I thought of the rails, and what my project was all about. I can honestly say that is one of the best customer service experiences I have had to date! 2 days later, I have a UPS package with a new mount, and some extra screws to boot.I was worried at first, but Speed Inc and their supplier Chris really took care of me! They have earned my future business hands down.
