Post Kocky Products: RESOLVED

Hey guys, I was hoping to get a little help.

Basically I ordered a shirt from Kocky Products a while back and got my order confirmed and everything went pretty smoothly. Except the other day I got an email saying my order was delivered. See Below...

This ship notification is being sent to you by the U.S. Postal Service at the request of KEITH BISHOP.

A package with a Click-N-Ship label created on usps.com containing the following information is scheduled to be shipped on 12/13/2007.

From:
KEITH BISHOP
KOCKY PRODUCTS

Type of Service: Delivery Confirmation™
Label Number: 0103 8555 7492 0118 9198

To check on the delivery status of your package, please go to Track and Confirm at www.usps.com.

Thank you,
United States Postal Service

well, unfortunately I haven't recieved anything. I'm not bashing anyone at all. Just hoping for a little help. I tried going on Kocky Products website to contact them, all i could find was a web admin address "admin@kockyproducts.com"

i emailed them at that address and no reply.... however they could be out for the holidays which is totally understandable. I'm just a little worried because it says it was delivered back on Dec. 15th so....

any help would be great if someone (Admins/Mods) on LS1Tech could "blackbox" Kocky Products to this thread...

Thanks for taking the time to read this guys

oh and just FYI this is the shirt I ordered in an XL

Usually it means that someone stole the package from your porch after it was dropped off man. Happened to me twice.

impossible in my case... I live in an apartment complex and if i'm not home when a package is delivered it gets dropped off at the front office where they sign for it and i pick it up there when i get home... unfortunately there is nothing at the office waiting for me

Unfortunately you have to now take this up with the post office since it was shipped out. The day they dropped the package off is when they scanned it in as delivered, means its out there somewhere.

Also check with the apartment office again. I've known places that were top notch forget they even got a package or were out of the office the time it was dropped off.

I've checked with the front office 3 times... same answer everytime No Package....

I call up USPS and they seem to have no info about the package in their system and told me to contact the shipper.... the e-mail address I have above is the only way i have of contacting him, and like I said, no reply as of yet...

From the track number you gave, USPS thinks they have delivered it as listed on their website. It why I mentioned you should start there. Ask if they dropped off any mail to the office when it was closed.

Label/Receipt Number: 0103 8555 7492 0118 9198
Status: Delivered

Your item was delivered at 11:07 AM on December 15, 2007 in SURPRISE, AZ 85374.

I know that.... that's why i've called the front office 3 times, then called USPS... they tried looking up additional info in their system and there wasn't even a delivery comfirmation... as if the info on the website, and the info in their system were totally different... they told me to contact the sender... of which i really have no way of doing...

well... i personally went to USPS today and after sitting in line for about an hour I finally was able to talk to a supervisor about my delivery. Apparentley someone over at USPS made an error and goofed up the delivery. It seems they thought I moved or gave the wrong address, so they shipped the order back to Kocky Products... which is very odd, i've been here for 6 months and have recieved packages EVERY week with no issues... I guess there is a first for everything. They told me to get ahold of Kocky Products and have them ship it back out. They said that Keith would need to say there was an error in the delivery for the USPS location of ZIP 85374 and there would be NO CHARGE to him for re-shipping the item. Now I just need to find a way to contact him so that he knows all this. Anybody know how to contact him?

P.S. I had the supervisor make a notice with my local carrier so this goof-up DOESN'T happen again...

No. And its getting annoying to me as well.

I hate to say it but at this point you might as well file for a charge back. We have both sent enough messages to get this right and no word back yet.
