ordered shifter boot, e-brake boot, and console cover
first off i want to say the quality of the materials and craftsmanship is amazing. Second when i ordered i requested that the shift boot be 1.5 inched shorter. When i received my order and had removed the stock boot, the new boot was atleast 1.5 incheds longer. I sent them an email and got one responce back asking if i ordered for the wrong year and that they needed more information to help me. I reply back to them explaining in more detail of the problem and got no responce, i waited 2-3 day and resent my reply then waited another week and still no responce, and now hear i am writing this post.

Sent a back up email, it could be yours got caught in their spam blocker on the resend.

I'm sorry, I meant 1997... If you are comparing our boot to the stock one before installing it, please note that it always appears longer prior to installation.
I can confirm that you ordered a boot that's shorter than stock and it should be so. Could you please measure the overall height of the shift boot we've delivered and email that to me?
I understand that the shape of the bracket is fine, it's just a problem with some of the hooks... Could you possibly send me a picture?
I'm trying to arrange delivery of new items without the need for you to send back the bad ones, but I need documentation of the problems to arrange that. Otherwise I'm going to have to ask you to send them back and that would just delay the process...
