After numerous attempts to contact Ed about the F-body magnacharger kit that I ordered, its finally come to this. About a year ago I paid him nearly $6500 for one of his supercharger kits and STILL have not received anything. About two months after the original order I started having second thoughts and asked for a refund. He agreed, yet I still never received it. After about eight months i grew tired of waiting and excuses and asked him just to send me SOMETHING. Either the kit or the refund. Shortly thereafter he would no longer return my phone calls or answer any of my e-mails. It was never my intention to make a $6500 donation to Late Model Speed. Unfortunately, after 6 months it was too late to have my credit card company do a charge-back.

Does anyone have any ideas about how i should handle this? I dont want to have to pay a lawyer $1500 in order to get back money that was mine in the first place.
