GXP Hot Cam Install-hp questions?

I hear the stock LS4 cam works best for low end grunt. Hey, we would have never of know this if people didn't change the cams to begin with. I am giving a big thanks to you guys for doing it.

id recommend a gear change too. we're doing 3.29's next weekend.....
i would also recommend, a NON-factory cam, meaning just aftermarket. it pulls hard up top with the hot cam, but lost some down low, which makes it easier to launch/drive

We're trying to find a cam that is NA but will be better then the LS4 for Turbo at a good price which the LS6 seems to fit that bill.
I have fully built trans with 15/16th chain and 3.29's, been in the car for a long time now just need a new converter since mine is stock. I'm also doing a 1" chain when we put in the new converter and the cam since I don't want to rip the trans again when I re-turbo it.

Just an FYI. My buddy has a 00 Monte that is turboed running very, very low 11's and he runs a 15/16ths Morse-Hy/Vo chain. Has never stretched or broken and he is running 22lbs of boost. My neck hurts every time I ride in it.
