I'd wait until you get tips. If they weld on the mufflers first and don't have the tips, they may not get the muffler aligned properly. Then when they go to weld on the tip, it may not line up in the bumper, or it can look crooked.

If you are that anxious, get under there with a sawzall and cut off the mufflers for now until you get the rest of your parts. It will be louder for sure!

Thanks man, I'll keep that in mind. I have a sawzall to bring if I do go that route. I bet she would be loud sans mufflers

K, the super 44's are installed with the new 3.5" tips and the resonator has been deleted. HOLY ****!!! I had them let me listen before they deleted the res and it sounded good but not loud. Once they deleted the res it was ridiculous. I couldn't be happier with the way it sounds. And yes, our exhausts are stainless but it's low grade stainless and still magnetic which means the nickel content is very low. It will still last a long *** time before rusting through. Thanks nacho, the super 44's were a great suggestion.

Here's a few pics, some of the res delete and some of the tips and mufflers

For 300 dollars total including install this is the greatest mod ever. You couldn't wipe this grin off my face with a sledgehammer LOL

Yeah, tons of drone, if you just want that, get the super 44's and leave the res on or get a high performance res. taking the res off is where ALL of the loudness comes from. The mufflers just totally change the actual sound. That's why I had them just change the mufflers and tips and let me hear it before they deleted the resonator. HUGE difference.

I don't have a problem with the drone that I had, but thats probably because I'm a younger guy and like my pile loud. Most guys on here think the MF is perfect volume wise, I thought it was toooo quiet.
