1/4 mile

hey guys, well ive finally decided on getting an 06 gxp. its black/black fully loaded, all stock with 26k miles on it. Drove it for a few hrs yesterday and fell in love with it. I thought my 99 gtp was a great sleeper 4door car, but the gxp takes the cake. i was realllly surprised with the torque. Anyways, i want to do some small bolton mods and havent been able to find any quartermile times on these cars with mods. (ive been a member of clubgp for several years, and couldnt find anything on there either.) what 1/4 mile times are you guys running, and what mods? Thanks!

thanks for the info guys...i did a search and came up with a few posts but not really what i was looking for. and clubgp's search sucks *****. are people just not running these at the track or what??

OP, I agree. I've always liked the LS4 cars, but there doesn't seem to be a glut of information on them.

Nice times...I'm expecting lower than than with the NANO shot....do you have any slips with your 60ft and 1/8th time so I can compare?

Ihavent got any races since i got my car. A couple little surprised older people on in a lexus and one in a 3.5 altima. but not really a race. Ihave got alot of compliments though.lol

yeah i get quite a few races around minnetonka mn, lots of expensive cars with kids driving. tons of mustangs audi a4 etc. but if racing any 1.8 turbos do if from a stop because from forty they will stick with you till about ninety. otherwise they get smoked. i think i have beat a mid 90's sts a lt1 camaro a kid with a modded jetta 1.8t couple last gen mustangs. lost to Bluestrats firebird (no suprise there) but i can usually stir up a race could be the shaker scoop or could be the competition sticker form the magazine comp though.
