LS4 water pump problems?? Hello I did an engine swap and installed a LS4 5.3 into my
Superleggera kit car (muricelago) I had the water pump go out I wanted to see if anyone has had any water pump issues. I did use a large custom buit radiator and maybee it is to large for the stock LS4 pump to handle. any help would be great.

Water Pump I just replaced my water pump last week at 92k miles. Expensive booger. I have another one that I bought used but didn't count on the fact that the gaskets I got from the parts house were wrong. No one had any in Houston. I had to buy a new one from GM to get the new pump and gaskets.
