#1 What will it do for me?
---Better throttle response that you'll notice right away
#2 What is the negative for doing it?
---None that I felt, but some say increased vibration, but I don't see why, it's still a rubber mount.
#3 Any suggestions otherwise regarding this mod
---Do it already, if you don't like it for some reason, flip it back. It's a great 30 minute Sunday morning project. You'll need something to secure it in to rotate the mount....and wd-40.
