Just ran out side to do this after seeing what needed done. I took a screw driver to pry the rubber from the metal housing then sprayed the lube just on the front and back of the mount. Put the Bolt back in, tighted down. used the my socket and ratchet to flip the mount. nice and easy.

Ya.For the most part it tamed the t/q steer on a good smooth street. Shifts are not as violent since the hole motor and trans arent moving as much, almost feels like it shifts faster

yup, you'll notice a difference... gets the power to the wheels faster cuz there's less flex...

even better, I just removed that whole rubber one and put in a poly mount altogether...

Lube it good. Use a narrow screwdriver/awl to pry it away and spray some wd in there all around. It was a bitch to cut mine out when I replaced it with a poly one. That damn hump in the middle!@

I can turn a fairly decent wrench and I struggled with it for almost 30 minutes. Two box wrenches, lube, and a two cheater bars. Mine did not want to cooperate at all.

Mine was a 5 minute job as well but i did mine at 9k miles. With 50K miles on yours you may need to soak it for awhile. It needs to be lubed really good to turn.

Mine took 15 minutes, 5 minutes to flip the sucker, and 10 minutes of beer drinking.

Mine was done at around 5K miles as I recall. My driveway has more than a slight incline to it, maybe it had more shear force on it that on a flat. I would not think it would increase the friction that much, but maybe it did.
