My 08 Impala has a small input jack. I just take a small male to male connector and plug on in the jack and the other in the ipod and it works fine for me. Check and see if you have what looks like a head phone jack in the radio.

Found this link to a lockpick/interface that should work for GXP owners looking to include additional A/V capabilities (including rear camera) to their factory navigation system. I sent them an email to verify fitment since it says it's for Corvette's only. Anyone know for sure where our factory XM tuner is?
