I lost to an 350Z Hey, last night I was racing a friends 2006 Nissan 350Z with the 300HP engine, but my car was riding his bumber though.
Only mods he had was AEM intake....my mods are TBS, K&N intake, 3inch Downpipe with HF cat and Magnaflow cat-back.

How was traction? Their usual limiting factor is traction. My buddy got a 06 for his wife and that car will roast the tires from a stop. But if he hooks it up, that sucker rolls out pretty well. He put a intake on it too and it seems to have picked up a decent amount of power throughout the band...
My guess, run him again and get him outta the hole and he'll be at your bumper.

i wouldnt exactly call it "trolling"..
i believe i have made a total of MAYBE 10 posts in this section in my entire time here... 2 in the past few days or so.. dont think that constitutes as "trolling"..
second, i dont go to any specific section.. i brose the "new posts", if i see something that spikes my interest, i go in.. the reason this did is because i thought it was out of the norm for a 350z to beat an ls1, regardless of year.. so i was curious as to the mods of the 350z and the ls1.. i didnt figure out it was the "front drive ls4 section"
till i was almost done reading the post and i was like wtf? looked around, and ill be damned.. where am i!? you guessed it... in YOUR forum... right?all in all, ill post where ever i want.

i do enjoy being on this site.. i have made many friends, sold and bought many parts, learned plenty of things, taught plenty of things, got help, helped, started flame wars, ended flame wars, got banned, made other accounts that got banned, got unbanned
, etc etc etc.. i dont post anything in here that i wouldnt post on any other section that i post in.. im post the same regardless of section, forum, etc.. go on svtprformance and see how much im adored there..

Well we did a couple of 30km/h rolls, my car jumps ahead more but he start pulling ahead of me......but the I think I would beat him once my top end kicks in.
its those five and six speeds they have more gearing options from a roll i mean think about it we hardly can use all of second gear when racing unless you want to be doing 100+
Ya going from a roll is a lot better for us. I had a friend with a g35 who raped me off the line and refused to go from a roll. Well we finally got to a track and I had better tires and I put 2 cars on him. Those cars can launch pretty hard with the autos.
I'm with you on that! I raced my buddies cobalt SS/SC from a 45 roll and he pulled about 1.5 cars on me, granted he has full exhaust, upgraded pully, tune and some other things, but he won't race me from a dig.
lol you are also going from a 45 roll which is terrible for our cars. try a 65+ roll or 25 roll and you will spank him.
If you can get your TCM reprogrammed, your car will pull harder from a roll. Mine has all of the delay taken out of the upshifts and downshifts. It also will automatically downshift to first when I floor it at any speed up to 45 mph. It will automatically downshift to second when I floor it at any speed between 45 and 85 mph. This really wakes the car up from a roll. I lost to a 350Z before I got my ECM/TCM reprogrammed. I beat one since I got them reprogrammed. I am not a good driver.
i could have raced an s2000 today but the GF was in my car (one of my rules no passengers) so i took the turn lane instead the guy still took off like we were racing those things sound like garbage
