What size drag radials are you planning to run?

I'm wanting to use a 255/50/16 on stock Grand Prix wheels, I've seen a member with a MCSS with that set up on here.

Are you heavily modded? That much tire might be a little much.

Mixerda on this site ran 245/45/18 Mickey Thomson DR's with no traction issues.

*edit*
I have 18x8.5" ASA JH8's which run about $100 each from tire rack. It should be able to handle a 275mm tire.

A 16 would make for some worse handling I would assume.

I highly doubt handling is of any consideration, since he's wanting to run drag radials. Not to mention a 50 series sidewall > 35 series for drag racing.

I seriously doubt you'd be able to get a 10" wheel to fit our cars.

Well, it might fit, but don't plan on driving the car.

I don't rub with mine, but I'm running OEM size tires.

Edit. Rossko is running 275/40/18's on the front of his GXP with no rubbing, but the GXP's seems to have wider fenders.
