Well my deal was a cherry for sure, last stock of 06, car sat on the lot for a while, dealer was motivated to move the car...so the factors combined=a spankin deal.

I got my 06 impala with 20,900k on the odometer for 13,999 back in december. It came with the Gm certified and the car was in great shape, only downer was it had no floormats but I settled for the price as it was 3-4k less than the ones I was looking with comparable miles.

Just keep your eyes peeled and definitely with the G8 out it seems people are trading the LS4's in so you can get deals. It does seem like the impala is the cheapest of the bunch, while the other GXP seems to yield a higher price.

I got my car back in Nov. of 2006 for only 17.5 grand with 18,000 miles on the odometer. I guess back then it was a great deal.

Factory ordered mine in Feb 07... Landed on dealer lot on April 4 2007. Had 4 miles on the odometer, when it came off the transport truck. Used GSU pricing and got a good no hassle price .
