The thing that hard to do is keep the wheels odd sizing. finding the same aftermarket wheel that is a 18*7 and 18*8 inches wide respectivaly and be same bolt pattern, correct backspacing ect. If you just want a making set of wheels, like what normally comes with a family sedan, there are a lot of options. 17" wheels most likely would be the smallest you could fit.

Most people don't keep the staggered sizing. There's a thread on one of the sites about aftermarket rims for the GXP.

Ok, nightshaded my tail lights this weekend. The third brake light is not on yet (had some kind of clear on it and seperated the nightshade...) but tell me what you guys think. I will get some finished shots with the 3rdbrake, the headlights(only the sides of them are being done) and the turn signals hopefully on tuesday. Turned out really nice. Did a titan, civic, and an f-150 too!

Oh yeah, next shots will be done with my Nikon...lol.

I have some nightshades from like 6-7 years ago, do you think I can still use it? How many coats do you put? Did you put a clear coat on top of it also?

Not sure on how many coats, my friend sprayed them. I preped and finished(witch probably took the most time). I did clear too, tons of it.

I wouldn't think that the nightshade would go old. I would try it out before I spay my lights with it.

I had 3” catless down pipe, custom 3” exhaust, and 3” magnaflows. It was a little loud in the car but I think that was because of the catless dp. Car sounded very mean. 3” single pipe is not to big.

Goog, good!!! Now that I know that it will not drag, I am going to have a custom 3 inch exhaust built by my friend in chassis fabrication(good pipe for a cheap price!). Going with a cutout where the resonator should be, so I want a little quieter of a muffler for when the cut out is closed(hmmm, maby 5 percent of the time ) Don't know if I should keep the cat or not...

Wheels should be finished tuesday. Can't wait to get some pictures up and get some opinions. The tailights made the car look so much tougher(like it is!), so I think the wheels will be the cherry on top.

I guess after this I will have to start looking for mufflers for the exhaust, then an intake and a tuner and that should be good for the rest of the year since winter is sneaking up on me...Damn Wyoming.

My cat is gone and my cutout is where it used to be

no res either

I'm moving the cutout back to where the res was, too, when I get my plumbing welded.

Oh, sorry I forgot to update, so busy, even had school on a saturday this week....

The instructor of the refinishing class told my friend that he had to wait till the second week of the phase to do my wheels. So they should be getting started monday/tuesday. Atleast I hope now he has enough time since he has a list of things to do now.

He is also taking care of my bumper where I got hit at walmart the first week I had the car...

Oh, is there a way to take this stupid rev limiter in neutral/park off?
