Ya if your paying for Onstar they could. But my *** is not paying for it and have no need for it or its services.

Cut the antenna wire. Best way without killing other systems!

Can't you just unplug the box under the carpet in the trunk? That disco's the antenna (i'd think) and can no longer communicate.

Unplug the onstar module and remove it.
