With the DEI wrap.. do you put the wrap over the existing shield. or do you take it off.
any steps / pictures on DEI the crossover pipe?

does this lower the IAT's?
does it burn?
smell?

i wrapped mine over the existing shield but i know some have taken it off and wrapped the pipe and then over the shield and pipe. it is pretty simple just wrap around the pipe and overlap it about a 1/4''. you dont want to overlap too much. it will lower IAT's to a certain degree. the first few times the pipe gets hot it will smell but that goes away after the first few times and some (mine did) will smoke after the first initial drive. here is a pic of mine.

you should see the rest of it lol....it is messy haha.....in 2 weeks im doin about a 10 hour detail (inside, clay, polish, glaze, 2 different waxes, and the engine bay) for a car show.ill post up pics of it so you can see it now and after haha.
