well if i really wanted it to shake i could put some crappy motor mount on the car so the engine would shake but still it would be side to side
i would make it an intake but they are not very efficient like that anyway especially if you want a ram effect plus heat rises after all.... it keeps the tranny cooler and looks good doing it... i mean its as functional as any other aftermarket hoods for these things

true. i dont think the original shaker was for a ram air effect it was to pull cool air from the cowl area like the cowl hoods on the 70 chevelle. its all good though it looks cool just gotta get the hood painted to match.
