Default plug advice sprayed

ok ladies and gentlemen. My nitrous kit just hit my doorstep, and i cant wait to get back from iraq, and install it. I was wondering if anyone with spray could tell me what kinda plugs to use. Also while im changing plugs minus well do wires and coils, any good upgraded wires or caps. any advice is greatly appricated. thanks in advance.

the wires i upgraded to are taylor 10.4 mm 409 pro wires....well worth it.
