cammed gxp now has an LS2 intake!
got a set of headers to go on, but we are going to change to a more aggressive cam when we do the headers, along with a high volume oil pump and a nice double roller chain. should be late spring/early summer when we get this thing on the dyno....

We need someone with a Chinese connection that can make these spacers for ~$40-$50 a pair. That way, hopefully, there would be no need to trim the DoD/AFM connector nor hesitate at the idea of removing the ribs from the bottom of the intake manifold.
And at what speed are you driving on I95 pray tell?

I drive down I95 weekly as well, albeit quite a distance away from you. DoD/AFM definitely does not engage.
There's a thread on one of those G8 forums where a guy tuned his GT to maximize the use of DoD/AFM: increasing the MPH limitation (85 MPH), RPMs, etc.
This is something I'd definitely like to investigate as I feel the stock tune is very restrictive with respect to DoD/AFM activation.
