LS4 headers
LS4 headers saw this online i bet they could fab some headers for the LS4

Yay a new headers thread....anyone with a welder and a box of pipe scraps can set up a pair of headers....personally I think the header part isnt an issue...the tube routing is where the project gets into trouble..
Get a set of shorty LS6 headers and custom fab up some pipes that are two into one to replace the down pipe...

I looked past this thread initially since we have seen so many hopeless header threads. But I have to admit, this one may work out for more than just a few people.
I would contact the manufacturer to see what they cost to build. That being the first obstacle. Second would be the first time build, including the mock-up kit and shipping to and fro.
After they have the mock-up it should with out a doubt fit any LS4 car without significant mods that may get in the way. If I still had my LS4 I would seriously consider this, depending of course on what they say it will cost for just the headers to be made.
What I intern would do then would have that first set made for my car. Make sure they fit perfectly. Then order say 10 more sets and sell them myself!
Just a thought, might not make much money on the deal, would make sure I got the mock-up cost's taken care of tho. But it would provide a valuable asset to the LS4 community.
