Sup guys. I'm new to this forum and the exclusive world of LS4 cars. I've been watching over this thread for a minute now and decided I need to go in on this. When is the deadline for the deposits?

 

Not sure when the deadline is, it's bound to be coming up quick. I'd call DTH in the morning and ask for Frank. Hopefully you can still get in, as well as drop the price for the whole gang

I think we're all do for some new input shafts real soon! Talked to Dave at triple edge performance and 300 fwhp is pushing it. Can't wait for my headers!!
Is anybody planing on installing the headers them selves?

 

I will be assisting install at a friend's shop. And I'm thinking about doing a converter/input shaft here soon. Since those seem to be some of the more common transmission failures.

 

I've got money saved up just in case! (Headers and LS6 intake in the works) I may even run a 100 shot of juice. I should be close to 275-280 at the wheels so I'm really hoping for 300 with headers.

 

I made 267 at the wheels, with the exhaust i have now I should be higher, but with everything you've got I'd say you're to at least 280 right now.

 

Wow, 267 with just exhaust? I put down 238 stock and 255 with tuning and a down pipe. I need to get re tuned though.

you're IS will last a long time if you dont use slicks...


without even having them yet, i can tell you the install is VERY straight foward, no need to pay someone to install them, just to have the dp welded up. or bring it down to us here, we can install them for you
