Thorley Header Project Update
What's the latest word from Frank or any of the guys at DTH anyhow? Last I heard was EARLY February............obviously we're past that. I wish they would give us a set date, it's obvious that quite a few of our guys are chompin' at the bit to get these in their hands. I'm not in dire need of them, but I'd at least like to know when they'll be shipped!!

Nature of, what is essentially, custom work. They have you locked in, have the deposit money, The headers will be built when there is downtime in their more mainstream products. No real incentive for them to keep their promised target date as they have the profit already in their pockets (deposit).
chuckling....I take it you are not familiar with DiabloSport's Mike L. who has been claiming for many years that they were either done, in testing, going to be done in a month, etc. with their Predator being able to talk to the transmission. Business will act in their best interest. They have the money, they will be in no hurry until it works out best for them.

As I understood it, the tubing was going to be bent on a machine but the flanges welded by hand. Seriously, you guys need to take chill pills; you're only out the temporary use of $100, not your car for a month (cheapest rental car is $30/day) that made this possible in the first place. This is a large firm; the production facility I toured was over 50,000 square feet with a $hitload of inventory and equipment, and they also do motorcycle exhaust manufacturing there (Jardine).
