No, I have for a while now. But I think the reason there isn't a flex there is that you can't move the stock cat (especially in Cali), and there isn't much room between the merge and the cat. It looks like it would be really hard to get a 4" flex in there without moving the cat. You might not need it, but headers can be finicky when it comes to exhaust leaks.
