How did you fix the issue of fuel rails on your ls6 intake? Also did it pull harder after the intake?

i didnt realize that was the same person lol, I cant find the size of our tb vs the size of the ls6 tb. I know everyone is saying its the same it just is hard to believe because when i search ls6 tb, i see a ton of things about 90mm and 92mm tbs. Also i remember seeing an ls3 tb and it was like twice as large as mine.

The 90 and 92mm TB's are probably using the FAST intake. The opening in the TB flange on the LS6 intake is 78mm.

I did a quick measure with some calipers last year and I think I came up with 76mm at the front of the TB. However, the rear of the TB lined up well with the adapter and the intake hole, both of which were 78mm.

I was more concerned with matching up the adapter to avoid sharp edges and turbulence. TB throat has some rough cast areas that aren't machined, so probably would benefit from some porting work.

My tb is already ported so thats good, i guess it would be to hard to fit a 92mm tb on there and match it to the air intake system.
