05 GXP with heater control issues My '05 GXP has developed a problem and I am trying to diagnose it.
Now that it has become colder, when you want the heat, sometimes you have to turn the temp all the way down and then all of the way back up again.
Today, it has decided that the fan doesn't want to increase in speed.
Is there a relay/system that controls the entire environmental control system? Will it show up on a scan?
Mine has the heated seats and they are working fine...luckily. I haven't had to listen to my other half complain about them yet...she loves that part.

I know the older GP's have had blower resistor motor issues. there is a resistor pack somewhere on the blower that can be changed. I'm not sure if this is your issue or not but I thought I'd put that out there.
