And I'd rather a car calendar, not a girl calendar. Swimsuits and small amounts of clothes don't do it for me anymore.

Well based on that logic, you can see your car anytime you want, too. I doubt they really care there's an LS4 car only calendar. Frankly no LS4 people should complain either. If a model in the pic is a requirement, and no one here wants to do that, then there's no reason to complain you'll never be in the calendar. Can't expect them to make an exception just cause someone refuses to follow the guidelines they have put in place whether you agree with it or not. Personally I like having girls in the calendar. Not like it's taking away from the car. That's just me though.

Well there was no guide line on that you had to have a girl in the calendar. I also sent one in with a girl with my grand Prix.

And also why do you come in here and stir ****. And wasn't it you that said last year the reason that there no LS4 in the calendar that no one submits well wrong so just shut up.

 

 

You're the one who stirred **** by posting in the LS1tech calendar thread. You can say you didn't all you want, but that's exactly what the result was. You got your calendar made, so not sure why you continue to push the issue of not getting in because it DOES come off as whining. As far as girls being in it, whether it's a specific requirement or not is irrelevant since it appears that all the winning cars have that in the picture. Not sure what a 90's GP with a woman in has anything to do with the LS1tech calendar. Maybe I missed something there unless you have an LSx under the hood.

And yes, I'm the one who said no one submits, because last year when people cried the first time the LS1tech staff specifically said that no one had EVER submitted an LS4 car for the calendar. Congrats if you were the first to do so.

At the end of the day, you're fighting a losing battle. You have a car that's in the vast minority here. I haven't seen an actual LS1tech calendar to know how many, if any, non F-body cars are in it. The majority of the members here own F-bodies, and aside from that there's plenty of Vettes, CTS-V's, TBSS's, GTO's, G8's, etc on the site. There are only 12 months in a year and well over 100,000 members on this site. Do the math. No reason continue to force the issue of being pissed because your car wasn't selected. You have a great looking car that IIRC has won plenty of awards at shows so there's no need to go on defending a car that no one insulted. Who gives a **** if it doesn't get in this calendar or that calendar. You said the awards it's won speak for themselves.

EDIT: Maybe I'm misunderstanding your comment Mel regarding not needing a girl for the calendar, but if you were referring to the LS1tech one then they specifically stated in the original thread that if there is no girl, you won't be considered. Sounds like a guideline to me. Seems silly to care anyways about being in if you guys don't want a "girly" calendar anyways.
