Opinions WANTED! Dont you hate..... I personally hate when I can't figure a vantity plate out (meaning)
I plan on doing a special plate... and The few ideas I have are just asking me for a ticket...
Let me know your thoughts on the three ideas I have, flamesuit is ready.
If you have an idea please share.

3rd GXPASSN Which is my favorite because I read it as gxp passion or gxp passing .. like passing you

I've had a number of vanity plates over the years; currently I have "NOV8 REQ" (for my '87 GN) and "SCYD RYD" (for my jockey-shifted Harley which has a suicide clutch, hence "Suicide Ride").

I could have sworn a few pontiac early models offered
a 327 ...
If not my bad, I really only know 90s and up...
I dont have the knowledge I reallly want on the early gens

The 5.3L is 325.1ci, and the Pontiac 326 was 325.6ci. So they're very close. The 327ci had the same 4" bore as the 350, and our 5.3's have a smaller bore kinda like the 326s. Also, because the intake manifold is seperate from the valley cover, windage trays are standard, and probably some more similarities I don't remember off hand, I do think you can trace the 5.3 back to the 326 and see some similarities. The LS engines incorporate the best features of all of the old divisional V8s in a clean sheet design, and that's what makes them the best V8's ever IMO.

yep... whenever someone asks me about the engine I'm runnin', I always tell them it's a 327...
