Gold bow tie replacement....
Gold bow tie replacement.... i know how to get it off the front grill and all, but howd did those of you that did it stick their SS logo on it? Im all ready set to go except for the fact that the logo i got didnt come with adhesive ready to be slapped on...
well i already have the "SS" logo, and painted didnt want the chevy logo on there anymore.

How do you get the front/grill badge off? I would like to replace it with a proper SS badge (where do I get one)?
I would also like to remove the trunk bowtie badge but leave the Monte Carlo SS badges.

The front fatory bowtie is just applied with adhesive? Isn't the mounting surface on the grill the outline shape of the bowtie - if so, how does the SS badge look? Where do you get the proper SS badge for the grill?

Its all good man, look at mels sig. I personally think if your a few feet away it looks great. But you can still see the chevy outline when up close. But if done carefully and take your time it'll look good.
