Nope, he pulled by me around the top of 2nd. Once I hit 3rd there wasn't going to be any reeling him back in. His gearing is set up for the 1/4, can't do much over 115 or 120.

I cut a 2.05 last trip, I think I can get to a 1.9 though. I've got Catless DP, 3" exhaust, tune, truck coils, motor mount w/ bushings.

Yep, stock airbox. I don't believe it's very restrictive as far as factory inlets go.

Best 1/4 was a 13.71 and best trap was 102.7

I don't know about the coils. They didn't hurt anything but I didn't expect a seat of the pants difference. Maybe a tad but who knows.

........not true, i've installed them on 3 different gxp's and noticed a difference every time. SOTP and E.T.'s. Heck for how close that was, the lack of a good airbox is probably what lost you that race.

Next time take out your back seat, pass seat, trunk lid, spare tire, and pass side door so you can equal him in weight then run him again and see who wins!!!! Good run though!
