So is there anything special we need for this mod or is it a direct bolt on? Also Mgpeagle- do you think we will see the same results w/o a TB spacer like you have? And if you dont mind where did you purchase yours or is it custom made? Thanks
It's a direct bolt-on. I had my old TB on with the spacer and I noticed an improvement over that set-up with the ZZP TB. I got my TB spacer from Jet but I honed out the spirals to reduce the whistling noise. So, I guess it is custom made...

For those of you with 08 models I wouldn't worry to much about it,plus $150.00 is to steep on the border of ripoff, Mine's an 06 and last Saturday I was bored and I decided to port and polish the TB...it was simple and strait forward, 3-4hrs taking my sweet time, dremel tool, 80grit sand paper then 1000grit and finally the fun stuff polished it out with steel wool...blew out the shavings with 120psi compressor then cleaned and polished with TB spray cleaner and cotton rag...I'll get some pictures up as soon as I figure out how to post them here.
