Default A few cam ?

I know im in the wrong section. but being around friends i know i would get a strait answer im buy a 1970 nova yenko clone.Its got a 350 with headers and 4 speed muncie I think that its. What kind of cam do you think I should get? I like the sound and a little performance. Just some sugestion not wanting to spend alot of money

do you have any idea what it has now? Is it hydralic or solid? Flat tappet or roller? Any idea what heads are on it?

If you want a nice lopey idle but nothing too crazy something in the 220' duration with about .500 lift should do you nicely.

Beautiful car. I'd gather up all of the details about the car and engine, and then call comp cams and see what they recommend. They know way more than I do about cams.

I had a 69, drag project car. Procharged LS2. They are fun/cheap to work on and so many parts crossover on those cars.

gears? head flow? static compression? IIRC, unless it was a true SS car, the top of the line engine was a 250 horse 2-barrel 350. verified it is a 350 and not the 307 from casting numbers (huge difference in picking a cam)? single/dual plane intake? We need a lot more information and a realistic appraisal of how you will use the car to give any advice.
