New Member 06 MC SS Hi guys im new here I just bought an 06 Monte Carlo SS about a month ago. I've been reading a couple of you guys post and Im loving the input and I hope to do the same. Still trying to make the transition from the cadillacforums.com site. Here are some pics of the ride.

Yes I love the black on these cars.......No i don't really have any major mechanical planes. The mods i want to do are mostly cosmetic, such as an Optima yellow top, big 3 upgrade, Rosen Entertainment media navi. radio (factory look). SS headrest, Back up cam in the rear view (with Onstar), Muth signal mirrors, and im probably going to get a CAI intake (cold air INDUCTIONS) and K&N filter, and maybe bigger rims (21" or 22"). Things like that nothing to major.
Oh and im loving the LED mod by jabronie78 looks great im kind of interested in doing mine like that let us know how it goes.

Dude DO NOT put 20"+ rims on the MC. 18's handle much better, and they ride almost stock-like. Either stick with stock (I love the stock MCSS rims), or go for another 18" wheel. JP is also right about the intake. Why spend the money on an CAInductions when putting a K&N filter in defeats the purpose. Not to mention you are wasting $$.

Welcome to the show...that car looks great in black with the tinted windows. There is a white SS on here with 22s and it looks pretty sweet - not quite my taste, but it does not look out of place.
