Default few items i weighed

Alt bracket 13lbs! (I ground mine down, and used a plasma cutter to get mine down to 9lbs)
Exhaust manifolds with crossover and down pipe 53lbs (37lbs headers)
Stock GXP frt. rotors 24lbs each!
Stock frt tires 255/45/18's 29lbs (Hankook 275/40/18's 29lbs too. most are 31lbs)
Anybody want to start a list?

Mine is missing an inch or so with shorter bolts through it to clear the tall valve covers. The alt bracket bolts are a little on the long side for sure you could make it a lot lighter. Pics?

Brakes I would hesitate changing, but the fbody caliper kit is 10lbs lighter. There are 6lb lighter control arms available too.

I'll post some pics of the alt bracket once I finish cleaning it up. Who makes the lighter control arms, and are the F body brakes a bolt on?

Look on zzp's site. As much as I bash them they do offer some stuff.

The control arms would be a nice upgrade when it comes time to replace bushings and ball joints!

You have to drill out the ball joint rivets with the stock units, but once that is done once it would be easier to change them.
