Looks like it is the flex pipe, my boss rev the motor today and I was looking at the flex pipe, I see smoke coming out there and looks like I saw the inner flex tube wiggling.

My bad, didn't know the headers had a flex built in. Sorry, good luck getting the whistle/leak fixed.
