07 Monte console removal How? Has anyone done work on the center console of a 2007 Monte? Does the front top part just pry off like the radio surround trim? The top front is obviously a separate piece. I want to get to and tap the wires to the electric outlet (cigar lighter socket) and drill a small hole through floor to run a wire to my electric exhaust cutout. The switch may be on the console too.

if i remember right you can pull out the cup holders first then the piece with the cigarette lighter just pops out to. when i popped them off i found a spare set of keys and some money. you need to move the shifter to pop it all the way out though
