Hemi.... Hah.... Took down new Charger R/T. I saw it egging my on but thought it was a regular v6. It pulled up enough for me to see the hemi logo. I turn and look at my girl with a big grin and saying "do it". we waited till out of the school zone and then some. Stayed at 25mph (no traffic) i honked three times and put my foot down. Pulled about a car on him extremely quick, and only further as i kept speeding up. I love pickin on em.

I pulled one pretty hard In my lt1, he pulled up at the next light and said"please don't tell me that's a stock lt1!?" and I said"just intake and exhaust, wanna run again?" he had a few friends in the car and was a little pissed off
theres a silver magnum out by me .. trys to pick on me every once in a while but i dont bother.. its a srt8 and i dont wanna waste the gas.. i think im save for a G8 GXP then go out and play..

BTW: In my old 03 3.8 Monte Carlo SS(Full exhaust, K&N, T Stat, HV3TB, HV3 Upper Intake Gasket and programmed PCM but not tuned), I was neck & neck with a silver Charger RT, & at the gas station he said: "yeah you was suppose to hang with me"
Maybe that was his pride/denial kicking in about how slow/overrated his car really is!!I blew a Dodge Magnum RT out the water!! I step on the brakes to show him that I was slowing down and not him catching up!! ;-) And when he gets even,......the crusader vanishes once more!! Now thats what you call pedaling!!! It was embarrassing!! So he slowed ALL THE WAY DOWN!!

I like to play with them. I can only imagine the look on the driver's face when he see's how fast my snowbunny takes off. They tend to ask what's under the hood also (Must not know too much about these cars)

i usually don't take the gp that fast on the road.
but i always play with cars especially chargers.
they always are willing to run.
I have only had one r/t beat me by about half a car
exhaust,lowered,intake,programmer,pulley,shift kit.
(we happened to be on the way to same show)

R/Ts I’ve been up against two R/Ts and lost both times. One was close and the other…….I think my foot must have been on the brakes because he just drove on by……..his tag read “Bye Bye”.

Some of those R/Ts have different HP have better performance packages. Regular R/T's we'll beat them with ease (340hp), but the R/T's with the Road & Track packages and the Daytona R/T's have 368 hp and 395 lbs of torque at the crank
