I like the Meguire's wax. First time I've used it. Previously I'd been using Mother's wax.

Here's my mini review:

Meguire's:
-easy to put on

-says you can do the entire car before buffing, and pretty much you can!

-water skates off the car easily. I washed the car the other night and drove home without drying first. I was surprised when I came home and it didn't even look wet except under the spoiler and on the windows.

Mother's:

-leaves blue wax on everything

-hard to remove

-can only do a few feet of car at a time before removal.

Summary: I'll just use the rest of the Mother's on the Z28 since the wax won't show up on silver paint and I don't like to be wasteful. From now on, I'll be using Meguires on my GXP.

In what environmental conditions?

My car is always garaged, so I'd be surprised if it only lasted that long!
