I've had mine up to 130mph but I'm way too scared to go higher for the fear of cops, but I guess if I'm already doing 130 what more difference would it be for 20mph more. As far as I know the only restriction would be the wind.

 

Same here I went as far as 130mph but seemed like it was so much more to go I don't think I have a limiter on mine as well!

 

139.81 mph (225km cause I live in Canada) is the fastest I have went. Based on a Trifecta tune I had from a local dealer he told me the stock injectors on my 07 GXP cant provide me anymore top end speed so I didn't push it past that.

Last week it happened two days in a row where I went WOT in merging on the freeway, switching multiple lanes at once to move around SLOW SLOW merging traffic. As I got the 2nd to fast lanes I lined up next to Crown Vics...This was open cutout, WOT 2nd gear, going 85ish. Both times they kind of gave me the "slow the fck down nod" and took off. Whew. Must be the four door thing because I NEVER had that kind of luck in my Camaros/Mustang/E30 coupe

 

****, FL cops would right you a ticket and might even throw you in jail lol. I've had 3-4 speeding tickets in the past 3 years just for going a few miles over the posted limit! I did get lucky a few months ago, I was doing 81 in a 65 zone, cop pulls behind me and is like 2 inches from my rear bumper. I was all worried about pulling over slowing down quickly because of how close he was. It took me about a half a mile before I pulled over. He was pissed when he came up to my window, "why didn't you pull over!!!!, what's in the car!??!". I told him I didn't feel safe pulling over while he was that close to me. Needless to say, I did get a ticket for having an expired insurance card but he gave me a warning for the speeding. Thank God because that would have been a 260 dollar ticket..

 

Seems like it took him a loooooong time to get there from 100!? Strange. I don't know that I'd hold mine at that high of an RPM for almost 2 minutes straight. Maybe a minute tops.

I may shoot for 155 tomorrow AM just for funsies. I'll make one normal pass through that same strip just to comb for LEO's and gauge traffic density first.

 

We're gonna see some wicked crash on the news and ol' dude's account here is gonna go inactive.

And yeah, after he caught up to me I got a ticket. lol
